Al-Amal Bank participation in Sanabel Conference

Al-Amal Bank has participated in the Sixth Annual Sanabel Conference entitled "Human Resource Capital (Individuals, Enthusiasm, Value) held in Beirut from 12th-14th May 2009 with a delegation headed by the Executive Director, Mr. Mohamed Al-lai.
As part of the activities of the conference, the ED conducted a presentation citing HR's obstacles and difficulties in Yemen, specifically facing the MFIs. Mr Al-lai highlighted The Bank's HR experience focusing on the recruitment and selection of its staff.
The delegation members were actively involved in the activities and sessions of the conference and a number of meetings were held with donors as well as with executives of other regional MFIs.
