Al-Amal bank has achieved more than 1500 active clients in the second month of operation. 501 are the active clients, 510 are the total disbursed credit and the total disbursed portfolio reached 34 million YRs. On the saving side the bank has reached 1032 active savers with a 7 million Yrs as the portfolio.
The Executive Director expressed his gratitude for all the staff who helped achieving the target according to the business plan developed earlier. The results serve as a motive to everyone for the achievement of the targeted outreach to all the Yemeni Governorates; achieving 100,000 clients by the year 2013.
