The BoD Meeting

On Wednesday the 4th Feb. 2009 The Board of Directors held its first meeting in Al-Amal Bank Headquarter. The chairman welcomed everyone and expressed the BoD to the bank management.
After that Mr. Naser Al-Qahtanin the Executive Director of AGFUND was appointed as the Vice Chairman of the BoD. In his speech the VC said " Al-Amal Bank is a success story that we feel proud of in the AGFUND".
The Business Plan, the manuals and the TA were approved by the Board, and at the end of the days the board members had a visit to the newly four established branches in Sana'a.
