The bank's name came from the Arabic word "Amal" which means hope in English. So for those willing to have access to banking services but in the way they like, easy and simple just as they are, Al-Amal bank is available. From the word hope we developed quite few slogans and we had a survey on what is the best one that reflects the bank's mission and will be closer to our customers. Finally we selected this slogan " Bank for the one who does not have access to banking".
