In the coming three years we will occupy an outstanding position in the small and microfinance industry in Yemen, by providing varied and distinguished financial services, covering most of the Yemeni territories, and by building a pioneering sustainable financial institution.
We will increase our market share and build our competitive advantage through the development and provision of varied, flexible, and quality financial products (Credit, Saving, and Insurance) that meet the low and limited income needs and expectations, specifically the micro- entrepreneurers, using different methodologies (Single, Group, and Village Banking), accompanied with a good customer service.
Our integrated network will cover the main cities, provinces and the rural areas with the possibility of building a varied partnership with local companies, as part of our marketing strategy aimed at reaching a 40,000 active client at the end of 2011, and a 100,000 at the end of 2013; with high emphasis on a quality credit portfolio.
We will build a transparent and effective financial operational and administrative systems enhance with effective internal control/ risk management. Part of that is developing a human resource system able to attract, develop and sustain the bank workforce, through a clear hierarchy, competitive benefit and incentive packages and a motivating career path; and through the development of procedural manuals for all departments integrated with efficient IT support system.
We will build a strong brand locally and internationally, by taking part in the efforts aimed at developing the microfinance in Yemen, and by being a sustainable financial institution able to attract local and international finance; capitalizing on the wide contacts of the members of the Board of Directors.
